  1. As a mover, I treat warm-up as a rehersal for the workout. If it is proper exercise I will include some dynamic stretching and callisthenics. I generally focus on trunk rotation, flexion and hyperextension. To keep from boredom I also do Capoeria before a workout.


  2. Before my long runs (10K plus) I eat a piece of homemade protein slice with PB smeared on… then find my playlist on my iPod and go!

    Before my weights session, or any gym classes I like to walk to warm up and clear my head (walk to the gym, walk to the park, walk around the block, walk walk walk!!)
