$$$

A blogger’s gotta eat, right?

In the interest of full-disclosure, total honesty and all that other feel good stuff you’ve come to expect from me, I want you to know that from time to time, I may include the occasional affiliate link in my blog posts.

For those who may not be into internet marketing, in simplest terms, this means that if you follow the link I provide AND ultimately decide to purchase the product/service in question, I might see some profit from it.  Affiliate links do nothing to affect the purchase price (meaning you won’t pay MORE simply because I sent you there).

I will not/do not/can not possibly guarantee your satisfaction with the products/services of anyone other than my own, so as with any purchases you might make - online or off - it is in your best interest to be an educated consumer.  And please don’t buy what you really can’t afford.  I’ve done the whole credit card debt thing and it’s not a fun place to be.

Also realize that I don’t take affiliate programs lightly and I only promote those which I have direct experience with and/or think my readers might enjoy and/or benefit from.

If for some reason you’re uncomfortable with the idea that I see any monetary gain as a result of the time and effort I put into this blog, I won’t take it personally.  Not everyone tips the waiter.  You’re a grown-up; you can click on whatever links you want to.

On the other hand, if you’d like to contribute any amount from a single dollar right on up to ”obscene” cashola (edit amount > update cart) to help ensure continuity of this little ol’ blog, that’s just fine with me.  All proceeds will go directly to the “feed the hungry blogger” campaign and in return, you’ll have my deepest gratitude.

I’m not an accountant, but I’m guessing donations will probably not be tax deductible.  And no matter how much money you send my way, you are not guaranteed a link/mention in my blog.  [I may be cheap, but I'm not easy!]  But if you would like to discuss sponsorship opportunities, feel free to contact me and we’ll put our heads together to see what we can do.

Thanks for reading The Cup!
