Joe- couldnt agree more i worked for a MLM place when i was just starting college by accident. It didnt occur to me that the stuff we were selling was a complete rip off and lie until i quit!

I cant count the number of mlm diet scams iv been offered and fruits, veggies, and “real food” are the only diets im interested in!

As a female who grew up without exposure to these sorts of myths, and never bought into them due to having actual knowledge. Being expected by everyone I meet to need to be deprogrammed from all that, and meeting some crazy ass chicks who buy into and propagate the myths, That was a Very stress releasing read. Almost as good as tossing the kettle bells around. Thank you Joe! That’s a good cup.
