		<description><![CDATA[As a mover, I treat warm-up as a rehersal for the workout.  If it is proper exercise I will include some dynamic stretching and callisthenics.  I generally focus on trunk rotation, flexion and hyperextension.  To keep from boredom I also do Capoeria before a workout.]]></description>
